Welcome

Welcome to our blog!  We started this blog while we were on the road, to share our HOG adventures, (e.g., traveling cross-country on our Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Limited).  We were combining our love for riding and photography.

It has morphed into other adventures including RV travels and contemporary living through the eyes of various churches to whom we minister.  Periodically, Tim will delve into some of the headier issues of faith and life.

More recently, our journey has taken an unexpected turn, and we are blogging our way through the treatment of an aggressive form of breast cancer.  Our hope and our prayer are to be encouragers to those who have experienced, or undoubtedly will experience, difficult times in their lives.

The Lord is faithful, and He has provided us with strength to blog.  So as long as our strength remains, blog we will.  To read our blog, click on the “home” tab.

Our tagline used to say, “the couple that plays together stays together.”  We still plan to play, regardless of our circumstances, as laughter is good medicine.  Our new tagline, however, speaks more to the journey in which we live.  Life is a journey.

“Exploring what’s in between” takes a deeper look into the journey of our existence between this moment and an eternity in heaven.  Who are we, where are we going, and why?  We don’t presume to know all the answers, but we we will pose questions and ideas to ponder. Occasionally we will share thoughts and feelings, and we encourage you to do the same.

Feel free to comment at any time (Keep it G please).

As you know you are at the best place in the world! They are my home away from home and always are compassionate and positive about life. I have always told our church family not to tell people you know how they feel if you have never gone through it. I always looked at my experience with breast cancer that it gave me one more area to minister to those that are going through the same thing. I am always reminded that “this too shall pass!” I am praying for you and claim God’s healing.
